The hotel put us in a condo that, other than their booking it, had nothing to do with the hotel. For $350.00 a night, we expect the luxury and spa of the hotel, not someone's rental property.

The location's convenience was a highlight, allowing quick access to the ski slopes. I found the dining options a bit limited after a few days, and the spa experience didn't meet my expectations regarding value. It's a solid choice for families and skiers alike.

the room had a great view of the river and mountains. It was very relaxing listening to the river. the pool and hot tub were very nice as well.
We came for our anniversay. when i booked the room, the reservationist said she would put that down. I guess I was expecting that the cascade would do something - maybe a bottle of champagne in the room.....

The room was spacious and perfect for our family, with a cozy seating area, made relaxing after a day of skiing enjoyable. The hot tub by the main pool was a highlight, and the grounds offered fine views. We loved the cookie decorating event for the kids, and breakfast by the cafe had a fantastic selection.
Limited dining options after a few days.

Truly enjoyed solid breakfast, spotless room.
It had a great location right by the Market Place as well as enough storage space. The room we had included fresh sheets and a couch.

Amazing location and staff!
This place is super chill, right by the creek in beautiful Vail! The staff really makes it special, especially the valet guys who are so friendly. The view from our King Room with Mountain View was fine. The restaurant food didn't live up to the price. It was just okay. But the breakfast? Delicious!

Thank you for a lovely stay. It's interesting place for sightseeing and exploring Vail. The location is incredible, 1 mile from Pride Express. It's set in a downtown area. There is a good restaurant for breakfast.
Their breakfast is poor, can be much better.

The outdoor hot tub was amazing under the stars, and the shuttle service to town made exploring easy. The room with the mountain view felt very special, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fabulous birthday celebration-got a room upgrade and good wine and chocolates! The outdoor hot tub at night was divine, and the complimentary shuttle saved us from outrageous parking fees.
But seriously, who designs shower doors that spill water everywhere? I almost turned my bath into a mini swimming pool!

wonderful park views and easy access to fun attractions
We loved enjoying breakfast with a fine window seat view of the mountains and being just a short stroll away from the beautiful Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, making our daily walks even more good.

Beautiful Views with Room for Improvement
The mountain views from our suite were amazing, and the heated pool was perfect after a long hike. Housekeeping could do better-towels seemed worn and they only made beds without thorough cleaning. Be wary of high dining prices. Consider eating out in the nearby villages.
